Workouts:
Get ready for some good exercise and some great fun! We have swimmers of all levels and we strongly encourage anyone interested in swimming to come join our workouts. Each of our weekday practices has its own workout theme. Below are the types of workouts we give:

Aerobic & Anaerobic Workouts

Individual Medley (I.M.)

Middle-Distance Free (around 200 yards)

Sprints (less than 100 yards)

Strokes / Free

Distance (400 yards and up)
Saturday and Sunday Morning Workouts!
Saturday and Sunday workouts are "Power Workouts." So, if you want a longer workout and a little extra conditioning, these workouts are for you. If you don't, worry not, you always set your own pace and choose your own lane for your energy level. We're all about having fun.
